STCW 95 CONVENTION REGULATION I/10 UNDERTAKINGS
In accordance with Regulation I/10 of STCW 78, as amended, Malaysia has Signed Memorandum of Undertakings to recognize Certificate of Competency (COC) with the following countries:
'Only seafarer who is a Certificate of Competency issued by the country below (regardless of nationality) is eligible to apply for a Certificate of Recognition (COR)', these apply to Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, Second Engineer and Officers only.
